The Microinsurance Network, on behalf of its Health and Performance Working Groups, is making a public call for a consultant(s) to undertake an analysis based paper recommending a preliminary ‘Performance Evaluation Framework for Mass Health Insurance Programmes', which will:
- Identify and consolidate performance metrics being used by state sponsored mass health insurance programmes to compare and contrast and identify best practices and gap areas
- Apply existing social and performance KPIs for microinsurance to the data and information obtained from these programmes
- Suggest a preliminary framework for comprehensive performance measurement and evaluation for mass health insurance programmes
