Landscape of microinsurance 2022

The Landscape of Microinsurance Study is conducted on a yearly basis and consists of a unique benchmark that allows insurers, regulators and all other relevant stakeholders to track the development of the inclusive insurance industry for emerging customers. Last year, our 2021 Landscape Study targeted a total of 32 countries across Africa, Asia, and Latin America and the Caribbean. A report was published near the end of 2021 that provides both a global and regional view of inclusive insurance based on the data collected in our focus countries.

In our effort to represent the microinsurance market in 2023, we are reaching out to all insurers who provide insurance services designed for low-income households and/or MSMEs.
