Renata has over 30 years of experience including 20 years in actuarial developing markets. She has her own consulting firm, ACB Consulting, in Togo, Ghana and soon in Tunisia, and has a multidisciplinary expertise in insurance and in social security. Since 2009, she has actively assisted in the promotion and development of microinsurance and mobile insurance in Francophone and Anglophone African countries working on projects for the various stakeholders, from the controller to the consumer, addressing regulatory, actuarial, operational and educational aspects. She is also active as a volunteer in the development of actuarial skills in low- and middle-income through Actuaries Without Borders Section of the International Acturarial Association of which she is Executive Director since 2014.
