“If I had an hour to solve a problem I'd spend 55 minutes thinking about the problem and 5 minutes thinking about solutions.”  - (not) Albert Einstein

Building a great microinsurance solution requires a deep understanding of the risks and needs of the customers you want to serve. But how do you get started? What are some of the proven techniques that work for microinsurance? In this highly interactive Expert Forum, participants won’t only listen, but engage with and contribute to workshopping a customer research scenario that can be adopted for your organisation.
