What’s in it for you?

Microinsurance can be profitable and sustainable, whilst providing clients with valuable protection against risk. However, the sector is still facing several challenges and there is a need for insurance professionals to learn from experiences of others whilst maintaining their competitive edge. This event is intended to facilitate a learning and networking experience that will provide you with new insights and business knowledge in the area of distribution and build new industry relationships to help you boost your business.

Field trip (1-5pm) and reception (5-6:30pm), September 27
In addition to the one-day workshop, a half-day field trip was organised around the event to enable participants to visit a low-income insurance branch. There was the opportunity to speak directly with insurance agents to gain a more in-depth understanding of how distribution works in practice. The field trip closed with an informal reception at the Country Club to allow for a relaxed debrief and networking event.

  • 98 EUR (1,500 ZAR)
  • Network members received a 30% discount and pay 68 EUR (1,050 ZAR)
  • Field trip and reception were included in the fee
